First you must drop in your name, email address, the type of karaoke you need, and the track and film name. The karaoke you request in this form, must be approved by DJ Umer Khan. This form will be sent to DJ Umer Khan's inbox. Once DJ Umer Khan confirms the order, you will recieve a reply back with a link, through which you can make your payment and hear a sample of the karaoke. Filling in this form does not confirm the order. The order will only be confirmed once the payment is made, through the link that you recieve from DJ Umer Khan.
